SNGINE VAULT provides developers, designers, creators, and independent authors with a platform to distribute digital products while maintaining ownership of the work they create.
By becoming an author or seller on SNGINE VAULT, you agree to these Author & Seller Terms in addition to the general Terms of Use and any applicable product-specific requirements.

Ownership of Your Work
As an approved author, you retain ownership of the intellectual property you create and submit to SNGINE VAULT, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise in a separate written agreement.
Customer Licensing
When a customer purchases your product, the customer receives the applicable license rights associated with that product and purchase.
The license determines how the customer may use the product, including whether it may be used for personal, commercial, paid, or other permitted purposes.
Rights Clarification:
Customers do not automatically receive ownership of your underlying intellectual property simply because they purchase a product.
You remain the rights holder while customers receive the usage rights provided by the applicable license.
Author Responsibilities
Authors are responsible for ensuring that products submitted to SNGINE VAULT are accurate, functional, legally distributable, and appropriately documented.
Originality & Third-Party Content
You must have the necessary rights, permissions, licenses, or authorizations to submit and distribute your products.
You may not submit content that unlawfully copies, infringes, or misappropriates another person's intellectual property.
If your product contains third-party libraries, frameworks, fonts, images, icons, plugins, APIs, or other components, you are responsible for ensuring that their licenses permit the intended distribution and use.
Where required, appropriate attribution or license notices should be included.
Product Quality
SNGINE VAULT may review submitted products before publication.
Approval does not constitute a guarantee that a product is completely free from defects or vulnerabilities. Authors remain responsible for maintaining the products they publish.
Security Requirements
Authors must make reasonable efforts to ensure that submitted software does not intentionally contain malicious functionality, hidden access mechanisms, credential theft mechanisms, destructive code, or other harmful behavior.
Zero Tolerance for Exploits & Malware:
Products may be rejected, suspended, or removed if security concerns are identified. Authors should promptly address serious security vulnerabilities affecting customers where reasonably possible.
Product Updates & Maintenance
Authors are encouraged to maintain their products and provide updates where appropriate.
The availability and frequency of updates may vary by product. If an author can no longer reasonably maintain a product, SNGINE VAULT may take appropriate action regarding its continued availability.
Accurate Product Listings
Product descriptions must accurately represent what customers are purchasing.
Authors must not intentionally make misleading claims about functionality, compatibility, performance, or included features.
Customer Support
Where author support is required or offered, authors should provide reasonable assistance consistent with the support terms associated with their product.

Authors are generally not required to provide unlimited custom development or support for unrelated third-party systems unless expressly agreed otherwise.
Pricing & Sales
Authors may provide pricing information for their products subject to SNGINE VAULT's applicable platform requirements.
SNGINE VAULT may establish or modify rules concerning pricing, promotions, discounts, payment processing, commissions, taxes, or other commercial matters.
Where applicable, authors will be provided with information concerning earnings and relevant deductions.
Platform Fees & Payments
Sales may be subject to platform fees, payment-processing fees, applicable taxes, refunds, chargebacks, or other deductions described in the applicable seller agreement or platform documentation.
Earnings & Payouts:
Author earnings may be subject to verification, payment schedules, minimum payout requirements, and applicable compliance procedures. Specific commercial terms may vary and may be updated from time to time.
Refunds & Chargebacks
Customers may request refunds in accordance with the SNGINE VAULT Digital Item Refund Guarantee and applicable consumer laws.
Authors may be asked to assist with investigating technical refund requests.
Where a refund or chargeback is determined to be valid, the associated transaction and author earnings may be adjusted accordingly.
Repeated refund abuse, fraudulent transactions, or suspicious activity may result in additional review.
License Enforcement
Authors retain their intellectual property rights, but SNGINE VAULT may establish and enforce standardized customer licensing terms applicable to products sold through the platform.
Authors agree not to intentionally undermine or contradict the license granted to customers through an approved SNGINE VAULT listing.
Any additional permissions or restrictions must be clearly communicated and approved where necessary.
Prohibited Seller Conduct
Authors may not use SNGINE VAULT to:
Violations may result in product removal, account suspension, withholding of funds where legally permitted, or termination of author privileges.
Platform Rights
By submitting a product, you grant SNGINE VAULT the limited rights necessary to host, store, process, display, promote, distribute, and facilitate the sale of that product according to these terms and the applicable seller agreement.
This permission does not transfer ownership of your underlying intellectual property.
SNGINE VAULT may use product names, descriptions, screenshots, previews, logos, and promotional materials associated with your listing to operate and promote the relevant product and platform.
Product Removal
SNGINE VAULT may remove or suspend a product when reasonably necessary, including where:
- The product violates these terms.
- Intellectual property concerns are raised.
- Security vulnerabilities create significant risk.
- The product is materially misleading.
- The author no longer has distribution rights.
- The product receives substantial unresolved complaints.
- Legal or regulatory requirements require removal.
- Continued availability creates risk to platform or users.
Where appropriate, the author may be notified and given an opportunity to address the issue.
Confidentiality & Customer Information
Authors may receive limited customer or transaction information necessary to provide their products or support.
Authors must handle such information responsibly and may not sell, misuse, publicly disclose, or use customer information for unrelated purposes without appropriate authorization.
Customer information should be handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws and platform requirements.
Taxes & Legal Responsibilities
Authors are responsible for understanding and meeting their own tax, business, licensing, and legal obligations arising from their activities.
Depending on the author's location and circumstances, this may include income taxes, sales taxes, VAT, business registration, reporting obligations, or other requirements.
Account Security
Authors are responsible for protecting their account credentials and maintaining accurate account information.
You must notify SNGINE VAULT if you suspect unauthorized access to your author account.
Authors may not share account access in a manner that creates security, compliance, or ownership risks.
Termination of Author Access
SNGINE VAULT may suspend or terminate an author's selling privileges when necessary due to violations of these terms, fraud, repeated customer complaints, security concerns, intellectual property disputes, or other serious issues.
Termination of selling privileges does not automatically transfer ownership of the author's intellectual property to SNGINE VAULT.
Existing customer licenses may continue according to their applicable terms unless otherwise required by law or the circumstances of the termination.
Changes to These Terms
SNGINE VAULT may update these Author & Seller Terms to reflect changes in the platform, legal requirements, payment systems, security practices, or business operations.
Updated terms will be published with a revised Last Updated date.
Continued participation as an author after the effective date of updated terms may constitute acceptance of the revised terms, subject to applicable law.
